At Elegant Walls, we carefully craft and package each product to ensure it reaches you safely and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.

1. Processing Time

Standard Processing: Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days.
Custom Orders (names, logos, or personalized calligraphy): May take 5–7 business days depending on design complexity and production queue.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time (Within Pakistan Only)

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Punjab Cities: 3–5 working days or more.
- Other Provinces: 5–7 working days or more.
Delays: In case of road blockages, strikes, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays, delivery may take longer than the committed timeline.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery city and order size/weight.
Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and/or email with a tracking number and courier details so you can monitor your shipment.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate.
Elegant Walls is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging our acrylic and wooden décor items.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
If your package is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. If it cannot be recovered, a replacement or refund (for eligible items) will be provided as per our Refund Policy.

7. Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped separately depending on availability and production time. You will be notified if this occurs.
