Welcome to Elegant Walls. By accessing or using our website (www.theelegantwalls.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Elegant Walls.
By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
Elegant Walls reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products & Customization

We specialize in acrylic and wooden wall art décor for homes and offices.
Many of our products are custom-made (such as Islamic calligraphy, names, logos, or personalized designs).
Custom Products are made according to your requirements and are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
Minor variations in size, texture, or color of wood/acrylic may occur due to natural materials and handmade processes. These variations are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
We accept payments through Cash on Delivery (COD) and other available online payment methods at checkout.
Elegant Walls reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS.
For custom orders, we may share a digital mockup/preview for approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all details (spellings, design, size, etc.) before confirming. Elegant Walls will not be responsible for errors after approval.
Order Cancellations:
- Standard products may be canceled before shipping.
- Custom products may only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellation is not possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within Pakistan.
Delivery Timeline:
- Punjab Cities: 3–5 working days or more.
- Other Provinces: 5–7 working days or more.
Delivery times may vary due to road blockages, strikes, weather conditions, or public holidays.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Elegant Walls is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
Custom products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Standard products may be returned or exchanged only if:
- The product was damaged during shipping,
- The wrong product or size was delivered,
- Or the product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval. Deductions (such as restocking or handling fees) may apply.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, product designs, and logos, is the intellectual property of Elegant Walls and is protected by copyright laws.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this website without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Elegant Walls is not responsible for:
- Delays in delivery caused by courier services or external factors beyond our control.
- Any damages or losses once the product has been delivered successfully.
- Incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore, Pakistan.
